Gather My Crew helps people organise practical help around them during times of illness, caring or crisis.
Our app is a simple way for friends, family and community to coordinate support, so care is shared and no one is left managing it alone.
Gather My Crew is brilliant. It helps people during some of the toughest times in their lives get the support they actually need which is much harder than it sounds. Too often, families are bombarded with lasagnes when what they really need is practical help they may never think to ask for. Gather My Crew makes it easier to turn people’s willingness to help into the right help at the right time. The difference this can make to a family is enormous.
We help your patients organise the people who already want to help them - their family, friends, neighbours.
Our free, easy to use app coordinates the at-home help and care that makes all the difference, such as transport, childcare, errands, collecting prescriptions, meals and company.
Better support at home means better outcomes for your patients.
Better health and wellbeing outcomes
Less pressure on primary carers
Less overwhelmed patients
Fewer missed appointments
Gather My Crew was founded by psychologist Dr Susan Palmer after nearly two decades supporting people through crisis. In practice, she kept seeing the same gap: people often had family, friends, neighbours and colleagues willing to help, but no clear way to turn that goodwill into practical, useful support.
Gather My Crew was created to fill that gap. We are a registered charity providing free tools, education and guidance that help people organise support and care within their own communities. Our app makes it simple to identify what help is needed, coordinate who can help, and keep everyone connected.
Gather My Crew continues to be shaped by clinical expertise, user feedback and ongoing research. It is designed to work alongside formal health and support services, helping people get more of the practical support they need at home.
