Our Story
Our Crew


CEO
Meet Dr Susan Palmer
Susan, the CEO of Gather My Crew, is a registered psychologist and health consultant.
She has worked in public health and the not-for-profit sector for the past 20 years. Susan has experience developing clinical psychology services, a PhD investigating the impact of trauma on young people, experience conducting psychosocial research projects in hospital and health services, and has worked with large health organisations in her capacity as a health consultant advising on health design and service delivery. A passion to build healthier and stronger communities has been combined with this clinical, research and consulting experience to create the foundation of this unique project.

Ben Davidson
Ben, a Partner with Corrs Chambers Westgarth Lawyers, chairs the Gather My Crew Board. Throughout his career as a lawyer, Ben has stood out for his ability to understand the commercial impacts to his clients’ operations and tailor solutions that lead to favourable outcomes. Ben’s expertise in managing negotiations and disputes has seen him act for a number of Corrs’ major clients across a range of industries.

Andrea McNamara
Andrea is a founding partner of Alp McNamara, specialist accountants for business owners and private clients. A qualified Chartered Accountant with a Masters of Taxation and 30 years of providing trusted advice. Working with business owners across numerous industries including private hospitals, retirement villages, childcare, importing, manufacture and investment. This has provided Andrea the opportunity to learn and challenge, focusing on assisting clients to minimise their business, economic, investment risks.

Dr Amy Timoshanko
Amy has extensive leadership experience in the not for profit sector. She is passionate about helping to drive social change for positive community outcomes. Amy holds a doctoral qualification from the University of Melbourne and MBA from Melbourne Business School.

Trent is the Managing Director at Catalyst Investment Managers, a leading Australian mid-market private equity manager. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Director of Cirrus Media, Max and Home & Decor Holdings (Adairs & Dusk businesses) and a director of the SkyBus parent company. Trent has previously worked with the Corporate Advisory Division of NM Rothschild & Sons and the Taxation and Corporate Finance practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
