I coordinated help using Gather My Crew for our work colleague who sadly lost her husband.
I sent a request out and lots of colleagues downloaded the app. People were more than happy to help out. So many people said what a great idea it was getting it all done with the help of the app.
Our friend could not believe all the help she was receiving from work colleagues.
We focused on scheduling drop offs of essentials, such as bread and milk, dinners, baked goods and fruit.
It provided her with support during the time and for many weeks after.
She was extremely grateful.
