Our projects

How funding becomes impact

Across Australia, we’re delivering projects that strengthen informal care and make it easier for communities to share the caring. From new tools and education to new referral pathways, each project is helping embed informal care where it’s needed most.

Cancer Research

The cancer patient support project is improving access for cancer patients in rural and regional Australia. We’re addressing these specific needs in the new update of the Gather My Crew app, due for release in July 2026.
